Italian icon and social media personality Malena Nazionale delivered her first performance for Vixen Media Group in a scorching new double penetration scene, “Once in a Lifetime”, helmed by the award-winning director Julia Grandi. Set against the backdrop of the luxurious Caribbean seaside in the Dominican Republic, the scene also stars acclaimed performers Jax Slayher and Nelson Mandingo.
