The stunning raven-haired starlet, who can currently be seen in a fresh selection of scenes for Brazzers , Virtual Taboo and Reality Kings , left her nursing job in January to avoid the mounting pressures from fellow staff.
“While I wasn’t technically fired, working as a full-time nurse and part-time as a porn star was starting to get challenging for me, as more and more of my patients were starting to recognize me from my work as Jada, and I could also feel the tensions starting to rise with my female colleagues,” explains Sparks.
“I wasn’t allowed to talk at all about my career in porn, but then again, my male colleagues on staff were naturally very curious, and as I began to feel like the odd one out at the hospital, I knew it was time to make a difficult decision to leave nursing and dedicate my days to working full-time as a performer and content creator.”
Sparks admits that while she misses the camaraderie and hectic daily life of helping patients in a busy hospital, she says that she enjoys the freedom of personal creativity and setting her own goals and financial opportunities within the adult industry.
“I feel like I can breathe now; there is less pressure to work within the confines of a rigid system that watches every move you make while on the clock. Now I can shoot my own content, pick and choose my schedule and co-workers and express myself without judgment. I’m exactly where I want to be!”
