Vince Karter is celebrating an incredible win at Saturday’s 2022 XBIZ Europa Awards, in which he took home his second Male Performer of the Year trophy.
The popular and accomplished French leading man known for his knockout adult film performances was previously honored with the award at XBIZ’s 2020 gala.
Karter pointed to his work with the legendary Rocco Siffredi over the past year as instrumental in his growth and success. “I grew up with Rocco’s videos, and it is thanks to him that I wanted to start this job,” Karter said. “I had been struck by this energy, this passion that he released, and when I arrived in Budapest I had the chance to meet him and work with him. It was for me the greatest accomplishment of my career.
“Rocco is a living legend, but he remains accessible, modest, always ready to advise and help. Our collaborations bring us a strong bond with great mutual respect. He continues to put me forward whenever he has the opportunity, and I thank him for all the support he has given me.”
Karter added, “I would also like to thank the good people at XBIZ for both their consideration and their kindness: the gracious Mr. Alec Helmy, Moe Helmy who worked so hard to make the event a success, and my new friend Gustavo Turner. It was indeed a wonderful visit to Berlin!”
On Twitter, Karter wrote that he dedicated his prestigious award to his friend and show co-host, Cherry Kiss, “for her exceptional year, her unfailing support and for [being] the most wonderful talented person she is.”
He later explained, “I met Cherry four years ago on a shoot in France. She was full of energy, humor and beautiful madness. We became very close immediately. She advised me to come and work in Budapest because she was sure that I could work with more productions there. Once I arrived in Budapest, everything went very quickly, the filming offers multiplied, I started collaborating with all the major productions in Budapest — Rocco Siffredi, Brazzers, Dorcel, Reality King, 21 Sextury. Very quickly we opened our production company to collaborate with Evil Angel, Private, Dorcel, etc….
“Cherry is one of the most beautiful people I have met in my life; she is generous, human, funny. We have accomplished a lot together, our partnership is flawless, and we have a lot of amazing projects to come.”
